Dry hopped another two ounces of cascades as well, and it came out perfect. Not sure if it's a clone, but it's too damned good to mess with the recipe.

Name comes from Miss Eliza Dane--otherwise known as the Wild Rose--a young woman who was found at the scene of her own murder with a wild rose in her mouth. Nick Cave and Kylie Minogue did a song about her, and it's both sweet and bloody, just like this beer. Enjoy.

Good question, Ben! Usually I'm a dry hopping fool. Honestly though, one of the qualities I love about this beer is the way the honey malt blends with the overall hop character of this beer. I wanted to keep the aroma down to the point where the amarillos are present, but not overpowering the other malt flavors and aromas. But yeah, I might just give the next batch a try!
