I love Simcoe! I usually find it a bit too 'piney' for my personal taste when used by itself, and have really had good results pairing with amarillo or cascade. I'd love to know how this one turned out!

Kegged and carbonated on 11/18, pulled my first pint 11/20. Very good, clear light orange color, very clear. Super citrus, mostly lemon, and pleasing grassy notes. Overall very good, I plan on using these hops again.
