Bottled, the beer was a little bland, lacking the elements of quinoa I was hoping would cover up the faults of the oat. However, I did keg 2 1/2 gallons and tasting it today really brings out all of the positive attributes I was looking for. Definitely better colder. Easy-drinking; probably close to a Cream ale. Bottled was more of an American Standard what with minimal body & low hopping rate. Maybe the bottles will continue to mature.

Still fermenting in secondary. I think that the Quinoa added a pleasant flavor. It knocked out this metallic tinny-ness that the 100% oat beer had and also offset the slight green tint that the oats alone contributed.
