Got my brew kit for Christmas about 3 years ago. Still haven't brewed that many batches. Just recently brewing has become an obsession. As far as obsessions go, one that gives you a buz isn't so bad though right? I'm getting things together to go all-grain. Should be next batch.

Came out well. Nice and sweet but not too much so. Roasted flavor comes through. Original recipe called for another 1/2 lb of crystal 120L and I forgot to write it down. Oh well. Still tasty.

Just brewed this up today. Was my 1st all grain batch and my efficiency was horrible. Came in at about 63%. Yikes! OG came in at 1.053. It looks pretty good though and the hops smell great. It will end up more like an APA, plus I used White Labs CA IPA yeast.
