Jan. 2009: Just new to all-grain, and still building up my system. My quest is a low alcohol beer with plenty of flavor and robust body. After having an English bitter at a pub in Painswick, the appeal became apparent. But, there don't seem to be any microbrews like this in the USA, at least around here...
