I have as of yet brewed this. I am planning on doing it soon, something always comes up and I havent been able to brew for the last few weeks.

How did this turn out, if you don't mind my asking? I've just started playing with spices and I'm working on a black pepper saison. The first one didn't have enough pepper or coriander and I was thinking of switching out the orange peel for lemon. Starting to look a lot like yours.

I have exactly the same pair of yeast (WPL029) and bacterium (WPL677), so I want to know exactly how you did this. Did you pithc all of both in the wort? How was the taste? I'm concerned that it will be too sour from the Lactobaccilus.

Turned out really well. smells and tastes like grapefruit. Very yeasty but very drinkable. The Alcohol is very well hidden, I have to be careful when drinking them.
