I can get over 90% with normal size grain bills when I boil for 90min. It's all about the water to grain ratio.

Nothing special. I get over 90% with small grain bills like this. It was 154 for 60 min 1.4qt/lb. 165 mashout for 10 min and a double batch sparge.
