I mashed at too high a temp.( this was my first all grain attempt) and got some really astringent flavors, so I blended it with a gallon mixture of light DME, candi sugar and .5 lbs of brown sugar. Also added more hops and dry hopped. Going for a barley wine-ish beverage.
