From the sampling tube it's weirdly plain; then again, I didn't manage to get the temp too high on it at the end of fermentation, so maybe it's not so weird.

From the fermenter, it tasted pretty much like some kind of dark fruit juice -- exactly the right mix of sweet and sour for that kind of flavor. Was planning on bottling and sending out for Xmas, but I was unsatisfied with the sourness, and inoculated with Brett C. in late December 2011 or early January 2012. I figure it can be an Xmas ale for 2012. Now bulk aging in a keg.

Dumped onto the dregs of an Old Ale (with Washington cherries in the dregs, and several kinds of Brett in the dregs) in early February 2012.
