I have exactly the same pair of yeast (WPL029) and bacterium (WPL677), so I want to know exactly how you did this. Did you pithc all of both in the wort? How was the taste? I'm concerned that it will be too sour from the Lactobaccilus.

Turned out really well. smells and tastes like grapefruit. Very yeasty but very drinkable. The Alcohol is very well hidden, I have to be careful when drinking them.
