Brewer Profile
Michael Cowling
Silverdale, WAThe pic is me and my son, a couple of years ago, getting after some brew. Brewing since 2004, have done some all grain, but I prefer the ease of extract. For those of you that don't keg, you should. I do not know why I took so long to move up. Serving straight from your fermenter is awesome easy. Making big batches, easy because you just daisy chain them together, pitch yeast in the first, and watch the yeast carry through the blowoff hose down the string.
