Brewer Profile
Michael Cowling
Silverdale, WA Brewing since 2004, have done some all grain, but I prefer the ease of extract. For those of you that don't keg, you should. I do not know why I took so long to move up. Serving straight from your secondary fermenter is awesome easy. Making big batches, easy because you just daisy chain them together, pitch yeast in the first, and watch the yeast carry through the blowoff hose down the string. Some styles do better in keg (can you say sparkling clear Crystal Wiezen), some don't like my double chocolate milk stout.
