Brewer Profile
Rick Kottke
Lake Crystal,MNI'm an All-Grain Home Brewer, I just got my Barley Crusher, so now I can buy grains in bulk, I am gowing Hop's in my back yard to further reduce my cost per batch. I figure by next year I will be able to brew 5 gallons of hombrew for about $12.00 !! One more thing, if your not trying to replicate a certain beer, just go with dry Yeast, it work's great and you can store it up to 1 1/2 years in your fridge! Oh yeah, I also Keg my homebrew, it's the only way to go. I would like to find other hop growers in MN. to start a hop exchange next fall.
