Jan. 2009: Just new to all-grain, and still building up my system.
My quest is a low alcohol beer with plenty of flavor and robust body. After having an English bitter at a pub in Painswick, the appeal became apparent. But, there don't seem to be any microbrews like this in the USA, at least around here... If any of you have experience brewing a good English bitter, leave me a comment.
