Started brewing again in my cave in Spring 08', I usually boil 10 gallon batches, and ferment in two 6.5 gallon fermentors, often using different yeast varieties in each. I keg my brews in 5 gallon cornies. I am in the process gathering the equipment needed to go all grain.
