Hi Michael. I just opened up the ingredient database to users (so anybody can add their own missing ingredients) this weekend. It's not a very obvious feature yet...right now you have to click the "search and add icon" that is next to the ingredient dropdowns. Start typing the name of the ingredient you want to add and if it's not already listed, you'll get a link to add a new ingredient. Check it out and let me know if it works alright. Cheers!
