The cherried batch has some wild brett going in it. Smells like brett b. but can't be sure. Nice pellicle forming on the top. Because it's such a small amount of liquid I don't think it will take to long finish.

6.8 lbs. Peach puree added at boil. Wort separated into a 5.5gal and 2.5gal fermenters. The 5.5 gal has 4 lbs. of black plums added to it. The 2.5gal has 3lbs. cherries added to it and 2 oz. of pecan wood chips soaked in bourbon added to it, both after 6 days of fermentation. The cherry batch is very lactic/sour. The amber malt extract and molasses are going to be used as a step-wort for the plummed batch.
