Belgian India Irish Red Ale
This past weekend at an Oktoberfest a brewer had something he called Belgian India Red, and it was a freaking hit! After tasting this wonderful beer I thought I would try to make one. So I took a hop schedule from my 2IPA and a classic Irish Red Ale recipe and throw in some Belgian yeast to get a nice flavor. Cant wait to get this one going!
