Mack and Jacks African Amber clone

From BYO via bruguru at brewingkb.com. The original BYO recipe calls for White Labs WLP005 (British Ale) or Wyeast 1098 (British Ale) yeast, but based on bruguru I'm tweaking it with Safale 04.
