Wonmisan "Brunner" (Northern Brown, v2.)

tasting notes

The sample I took while racking it to the keg just now (3 Feb 2012) was amazing -- a little too dark but otherwise just wonderful. I think the only thing I might change about this recipe is a little less dark crystal, and maybe a more English-styled yeast. But I am proud of this beer.
