Haze IPA

No plan on when to make this, but I want to have it ready to drink by January. Might make it an Imperial IPA, but I know I want it to intentionally be a very hazy beer, possibly by cooling slowly (though I don't want to impart harsh flavors) or by adding proteins, etc to some stage of the brew. Just wanted to get it down on paper and keep it in the back of my mind.
