Great Pumpkin Ale

Add pumpkin to taste in mash and boil (about 24 ox in Mash and 48 in Boild) along with spices (go light), recommend using 1/2 tsp ea of Nutmeg, Cloves, Ginger, and Ground Mace, as well as 5 sticks of cinnamon and one vanilla bean.
