Pumpkin Braggot

Roast pumpkin in oven at 325 until tender. Remove skin and add to mash tun. Mash at 155 with pumpkin and you'll either need to use a grain bag or strain it out. Add 1 gram each per gallon of the following spices: Allspice, cinnamon and nutmeg at 5 min to end of boil. I am going to use BM45 wine yeast. A mead yeast would go well also.
