Coriander - Cummin stuff: GET CORIANDER FROM INDIAN MARKET IT MAKES A DIFFERENCE (and its cheap) .75 oz Coriander seeds crushed and 1/8 tsp cummin powder each split 50-50 into 2 additions one at 10 min, the other at flame out and allowed to steep for 10 min before chill Brewed 2/21 transferred to secondary - ~3/2 transferred to keg 3/16
