Papazian's Holiday Cheer

Taken from Papzian's Joy of Homebrewing. I'm sure I'll be modifying the recipe when I get the my LHBS, but this is pretty much how the book reads (I added the Irish Moss for clearing). Also, the recipe calls for grated peels from 4 oranges, ginger and cinnamon sticks.
