Belgian IPA

A Belgian IPA that I have been wanting to make for a while now. 6 oz of Cascade and 3 oz of really hard to find Simcoe. The recipe calculator would not let me put in for first wart hops and mash hops, so the IBU count is off. I suspect that if it could calculate it correctly the IBU could would be around 97. I will have a 1/2 gallon starter for this very large beer.

How did this turn out? It looks very cool. I am on my 2nd batch of something very similar.

Turned out really well. smells and tastes like grapefruit. Very yeasty but very drinkable. The Alcohol is very well hidden, I have to be careful when drinking them.

Would you know how to convert this to an extract brew?
