Belgian Wheat Citra IPA

I added one cup of white flour at boil time. My basement has been at 80 degrees Fahrenheit all summer, and so has the fermentation gone.

tasting notes

At first racking: There is a good amount of cloves with a tiny hint of fruit. I expect some of the cloves to dissipate somewhat as the beer sits in secondary and settles. The balance though is almost perfect. With the addition of the aroma hops and the coriander I expect this to be a kickass brew
