Berliner Weisse

Something easy to make and that wont take too long to ferment. I cant add more than one yeast to this so that I will pitch the White Labs WLP677 Lactobacillus at the same time i pitch the German Ale yeast.

I have exactly the same pair of yeast (WPL029) and bacterium (WPL677), so I want to know exactly how you did this. Did you pithc all of both in the wort? How was the taste? I'm concerned that it will be too sour from the Lactobaccilus.
