Honey Basil Ale

Step mash grains @152for30minutes Raise temp to 168 for 10 minutes to mash out Bring to boil and add LME and Blackberry honey. Return to boil and add hops for 60 minutes Add remaining hops and basil for 15 minutes Total boil of 75 minutes. Cool to 80 degrees and add to 1 gallon of cool water in carboy. Pitch yeast slurry. Began active fermentation within 7 hours.
