This recipe just got rave reviews from everyone that tried it. Two and a half cases disappeared in 5 days.

Holy smoked porter this is good! I followed your recipe almost exactly, except I used some other kind of bourbon (Bulleit), and I added the bourbon-bean mix along with hops to secondary after about 12 days in primary. I was afraid all these flavors were going to be overwhelming, but it's one of the best beers I've ever had. Thanks for sharing the recipe. Next time around, I'm doing 10 gallons.
