Bham Beer Barons Barrel-Aged American Strong

Take about 1 1/2 gallons of first runnings and use a separate pot to boil down to about 2 pints for heavy caramelization. Meanwhile keep sparging until your main boil kettle is nearly full to prepare for a 2 hour boil. Don't add bittering hops until 1 hour into the boil. Add 12 oz of the Muscovado at the 10 minute mark.
