Big Dog Red

This is a great, easy pleasing Irish Red that's fairly inexpensive. I steeped the grain bag at 140 for 30 minutes, turned the heat up, and took it out at the beginning of the boil. Using a secondary is key to getting better clarity (a hallmark of the style)- and irish moss might not be a bad idea (it is irish, after all).
